Locked self out of phone. Dont remember pattern and when put in email and password..says wrong. Its a droid razr m and thru my exs verizon contract. He left town..not to b seen and let service run up bill without paying. Service discontinued. I asked him to please call and put my name on acct. And i would make payments to pay acct up til contract up. He didnt. Now that ive locked self out and have important photos and info. On it...verizon will not help me with issue. Plus my own ppd verizon phone he had nothing to do with...they somehow attached it to same acct. And have not been able to use it either.
