My Dad Brought me a Sansai PC Webcam. Could you plese advise if there i light that comes on when it is operating as I do not seem to have mircophone

At your dads end, does it show that his webcam is being viewd..? It could be that there is not much light at your dads end.

uninstall your cam driver then www.camera-drivers.com

then see if your raid driver is still having a problem

use the task manager, (ctrl+alt+del) and go under processes, and look for anything that seems like it is related to your camera and end process them! and try again!
