If you mean the owner's manual, they are pretty generic, but here's a link to the Giant page for manuals: Owners Manuals Giant Bicycles United States Nothing specific to the Trinity, which is a very high end bike (over $2k) I would hope that the owner of such a bike would not need the owner's manual! Perhaps you can join a forum in link #1 and ask the same question...there's eBay...and Giant Bicycle USA, perhaps they can help you locate a dealer local to your area.
Why don't you just use a search engine for either request. Giant has generic manuals for its bikes and the web has videos for how to shift. The answers would be faster.
Service manuals are not generally available. It is strongly recommended that you have an authorised dealer service your regs unless you have undertaken specific training. Hope that helps.
The manual that comes with the bike is a general one, I sell 5000+ bikes a year and can tell you that what you are asking for is not available. Giant, Trek, Cannondale, and the highter price bikes are only sold through bike shops, assembled professionally. You cannot buy them in a box, so your bike is already adjusted for you. You can go to any bike shop and they will verify what I am telling you. Now, what is the problem that you need the manual to answer?
A bicycle shop which sells Giant can usually give you a manual. Bike manuals tend to be very generic as to what information is in them. If you have a specific problem, with the shifting or brakes for example. Post it.
