Question about Garden
You will need to remove the four bolt on the shroud, and the one on the oil stick. Once the bolts are removed tip shroud upside down and wind clockwise/counterclockwise which ever put tension on the pulley, then wind it six or seven times, line the two holes up, the one the cord goes through the outside and the one on the plastic piece inside the shroud, pull the cord through, let go and it will wind, tie a knot on the one on the inside of the shroud and singe the end of the not. Pull on the cord a few times to make sure it going to hold, put shroud and oil stick back on, thread cord through handle. Hope this helped Tim
