My JVC Video camcorder can't be used for video it's all black. I could only record the sounds no pictures.

check the mode. if it is in record mode, change to player mode

OK, that means you can see clear picture in playback of old recorded tapes and camcorder just wont give you live view to record any more.
If its true then it is known problem/ failure of ccd imager in your JVC GR-D33 camcorder.

Are you playing the video back through the camcorders utility ? Sometimes by clicking on the file through windows explorer you will get the picture but no sound, this happens for the Sony camcorder but is fixed by running the playback through the motion picture browser application supplied with the camcorder.

Please use Mini DV Video head cleaning cassette as it seems video head is dirty / clogged in camera.

picture both in camcorder and picture only mode is mauve.

Yes, if the camera is a US camera then it is NTSC. That would be your problem, you are trying to record an NTSC signal to a PAL video. THe frame rates and resolutions are all wrong. I am even surprised that it is playing back on your TV okay...
