Do you have the A/C or defrost on before you shut it off?

Would you describe it as more of a vacuum sound maybe a little higher pitched?

    How long does it last?

It is probably just your air conditioning. If you have your defrost on it also runs your ac pump. So if you have your ac or defrost on and you shut the vehicle off you will hear a hissing noise for about 10 seconds or so which is normal.

Any ideas why a 2003 chevy trailblazer may vibrate in the front but stops when you turn left

Does the vehicle make any noises while driving? If there is a "growling or roaring " noise associated with the vibration, check the right front hub bearing. If there are no noises and only vibration, check the right front upper ball joint and control arm bushings. The Trailblazer's upper ball joint and control arm bushings become worn and cause the tire and wheel assembly to shimmy while driving. The vibration stops when turning left because of weight transfer to the right side which keeps the wheel steady for a moment. Also, check the tire for irregular wear.

2003 chevy trailblazer service engine soon light

If the service engine soon light is flashing, it means the computer has detected an engine misfire with the potential of catalytic convertor failure. Don't just tune it up. Bring it somewhere they can read the trouble code. Sometimes it will designate which cylinder is having the problem.

Bad Clutch Fan? Rear ac/heat don't work front only works on 4

The fan clutch isnt engaged at all times, therefore it may be normal to hold it in place (not recommended). On these trailblazer's 4.2L engine the fan clutch is electronically controlled. Usually when this vehicle's fan clutch malfunctions, there is a random ticking noise while idling or at a stop, also the "service engine soon" may turn on. As for the the fan speed problem, this may be a faulty blower resistor malf (typical) or climate control unit may be faulty. Hopefully this helps!!
