I recive a messenger from my grandsn in the navy tha says y! messenger an i dontknow hoe 2 send a answer back i have put his e-mail assress as i was told an nonthing works would like 2 talk 2 some one personal 239-652-0370 i would like 2 talk 2 my grandsn in the service

In your list of contacts in the messenger, you click the name of your grandson and then there will pop-up an instant message. you can type in the instant messages and then click the enter in the lower right. if you want to call your grandson same thing you will do just right click on his name and it will appear a task.. it might be call.. then you can click the call and wait for the response.. if you do this process.. it should be that your grandson appears to be online or else it will not respond..thank u:)

When i write the message after send the message i can not see my message in window message and it show me blank but the reciver recive my message but i can not see the reciver message which he send me

The first thing to check is to make sure you have scripting enabled in Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer is integrated into Yahoo Messenger so things that go wrong with IE can affect Yahoo Messenger. Here is the yahoo help page about that: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/messeng...

2) In the Start Menu click on Run. Type, without the quotes, "regsvr32 jscript.dll" and then click OK. Next, repeat the process but this time type in the Run box "regsvr32 vbscript.dll" and click OK. Please note, if you are using Windows Vista temporarily disable the User Account Control (UAC). You can easily turn it back on. On the Control Panel (Category View) choose User Accounts and Family Safety, next choose User Accounts, and then click Turn User Account Control on or off.

3) If the above does not fix your problem and you are using Windows XP, you can update your Windows Script to version 5.7. In my experience helping others, this is the step that has helped the most people. Exit all browser windows and chat programs including Yahoo Messenger before installing. run registry cleaner reginout to easily fix it

I can recive ims but cant send any

Hi and welcome to FixYa!

You may have hit some settings on your messenger that will not allow you to send IM. The quickest and easiest way to solve your problem is to reinstall your Yahoo Messenger.

Go to your start menu on bottom left of computer. Then select control panel. Hit uninstall program. Find yahoo and uninstall it.
It may leave the icon on your main screen. Right click the messenger and hit delete.

Then go to link provided below and install it again. When you uninstall the program, you are not deleting your account. When you have successfully installed messenger, just log in with your normal user name and password and try your IM!

Cant send e-mail from windows toanyone. but i can recive them .

What operating system are you on? XP?
What program are you using to send and receive mail? outlook? Outlook express? windows mail? or some online mail provider?
Please copy the exact error message you receive and reply back with a comment including that message(s).

Canot recieve fax

Try these settings ::>>

1.) Press Setup
2.) Select Fax Settings, then press OK
3.) Select Communication, then press OK

< under communication try these settings >
> DRD should be all
> ECM should be off
> V.34 should be off
> Rings to answer ( if you have an answering machine?
or a voice mail service either virtual or physical.,
check how many rings does it have before it picks up )
set your printers rings to answer about 2 rings higher than these devices.
> Auto answer on the control Panel of the printer should be on / enabled

Note ::>> If still cannot receive a fax? try to disconnect your voice mail or
answering machine to the line to Isolate Issue whether printer cannot receive
a fax or the said devices is having an issue with the printers fax
receiving capability.

Unable to send the mails

it seems that u r reciving mails bt unable to send email. to get rid of this problem i belive u need to change the setting for SMTP setting which is not configured in ur case i belive so. for step by step configuration click on the url and follow the procedure.
