When i try to access the apps store on my itunes on my computer, it says check my network settings????????? i also tried to download apps on from my itunes, but it wont let me 'AUTHORIZE MY COMPUTER' PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

This may have something to do with your Internet connection go to IE explorer then when you see diagnose connection do this if that is the case. It should repair the issue or give you an idea as to what is wrong with you Network Connection. If you can access other web sites just not I Tunes it could be that their server is down temporarily this does happen sometimes. If you are on a modem or router you may wish to reset the modem and router to fix the Internet Access issues.

It appears from your question that it has nothing to do with what you are doing just a bad connection back and forth to I Tunes I would try the reset on the modem or router or restart your computer as well. Thanks for using FixYa! John

If it says you are not connected to the internet, contact your internet provider or whoever sets up your internet 4. If you have an internet connection, Open iTunes 5. Verify that you are logged into YOUR OWN ACCOUNT on your computer, and not someone elses 5a. Do this by clicking Store at the top of the screen 5b. Click Sign Out 5c.
