Hello, the lock/unlock button quit working on my old remote so I ordered an identical one online. It reads: FCC ID: EZSDEI474P RPN 473T 266 CODES". How do I program this new remote to work with my car? Thank you!

It sounds like the system needs tach sensor reprogramming. The remote start system may have a tachometer sensing mode where the system "knows" that the car is running and to stop cranking the starter when when the engine is running. Generally when the vehicles battery is disconnected the system "forgets" the setting of the tachometer at idle which is programmed at the time if installation. Take it to a remote start installation store for this or get a hold of a maual for your system and shouldnt be too dificult to program.
