will try to help. just going to answer the question and assume that you know that with the abs disabled your brakes will lock up the wheels and will make the car slide when brakes apllied hard!! look under hood in black fuse box, pull the relay out for the abs it will be labeled on the inside cover of the fuse box.and that will make your abs light come on inside on the dash.hope this helps and thank you for choosing fixya.com
On the 1998 Pathfinder, the fuse that powers the park lights and dash lights is located under the hood on the passenger side in the fuse/relay box. It is a 10 amp fuse #61. Test ALL fuses in the fuse box and make sure there are no missing fuses.
yes it could be the bulb is just blown remove it and check that the filaments are still 2gether if they are fine it will be the fuse its usually in the group of fuses under your hood the fuse will be labeled dome or dome light this is the interior light it has its own separate fuse replace the fuse there are usually spares on the inside of the fuse box cover but make sure it is the same as the one that is blown
