You have tow types of account for users. One is as an administrator that has privileges to change settings on the PDC/ laptop and the other is a user who can’t change system settings etc. Both types of user can play games and run applications but the user can only run certain types of apps. The user can run admin apps by right clicking the executable or shortcut of an app that needs admin privileges and then select Run as Administrator to work around the problem when it arises.

It sounds like there needs to be an additional account created for the patron on the library computers. This account would have the same name as what was used to set up the Store 'n Go, or it could also be something like "Guest" if there are more than one user. She probably is using an admin account on her home computer so she doesn't have problems. Use the library admin account to grant access to the Store 'n Go for the new account.

You have to logon using an account with administrive rights (like administrator) to be able to use the SecureTraveler software.

log in as administrator.

its a little tricky, just try it

1. unplug ur usb drive
2. double click the imation lock
3. when the message appear "Please insert the device or run this utility as privileged user" plug the flash/usb drive quickly
4. USB will start working
5. run the imation lock again and disable the password protection
6. delete the ugly imation lock from ur system

i have same problem with kingston 2GB, i format my pc, also with pen drive attached , now it saying please insert message but pc will detect it

hello, i have a Kingston 2GB Pendrive.I had run a program "LOCKv116.exe" on my pendrive and set password on it, but now after inserting pendrive to my pc, it is detected but when open it this message appears "please insert a disk into drive G:" If try to format it message is "There is no disk in drive G:"..If I run the program LOCKv16.exe it shows a message "please insert the device or run this utility as previledged user."

You may need to log on to the computer with administrative privileges. Ask your friend to log you into the Administrators account, then insert the drive.
