try removing the ink cartrage and clean the heads in the printer with a quetip and rubbing alcohol. same with the cartrages.

Its not the set if only on certain channels, it cannot be. Got a box or something connected for signal?

It also should not do it if a DVD etc connected to a rear input is used.

Almost sounds like the screen is broken if you have lines and a black circle which means somebody cracked it. Need to replace that monitor since the screen is not available for that model.

this is most likely a bad panel. If it is plasma, you might be able to fix it by checking the ribbon cables inside the TV:

Definately a damaged screen, no way to fix it for less than the cost of a replacement screen sorry.

It should be under the drivers side dash board. 1/2in x 1in black connector.
