Can you tell me if the Simpson Neptune Cooker 3U602W-08 come with fan bake please

I searched using https://www.google.com but did not locate an instruction manual for that model Sharp microwave oven.

Recipe at the link below suggests adding extra sugar before baking.

The main difference between a convection oven vs regular bake oven is how heat is circulated. A convection oven has a fan that continuously circulates air through the oven cavity. you do not need to triple the time when tripling the quantities, example: one baked potato = 8 min, 2 = 10 min,3= 12 min ....

sounds like a triple batch is a bit much for your microwave
so you may want to cut it in half

There is a error message there, it indicate a problem with your induction cooker. It cause a defective winding wire or circuit controllers your know induction cooker works similar to the principle of electro magnet induction, it give heat to metal cooking pot. I hope I give you a idea regarding what happen to your unit.

With the greatest respect, the UK have not used DC mains supply since the 1950's. There is no possitive and negative anymore. We use alternating current.
The cable fixing that model of cooker must be red/black and earth.
I advise you get an electrician to connect it for you.

I really do not want to tell you this but you are going to have to make that dreaded warranty service call. There is a relay that controls the fan that is also controlled by yet another relay. The control board with these relays on it is VERY expensive. It seems your control board early on has a problem that WILL be covered by the manufacturers warranty. Break out the owner's / product manual and make that dreaded call for "warranty service." When you make the call they will need the model number, serial number, date of purchase, proof of purchase (tech needs proof also) and place of purchase.

Anything else I would tell you to do would void your warranty. I apologize for not being able to help you without causing problems with your warranty.

If you do not have an owners manual or product guide I will need your geographic region that you live in (not addr) to get you the number for your warranty service

I would say the element has failed. Get the oven element checked out by an appliance repair service.
