Please follow the below troubleshooting steps if your Computer is installed with any of the above mentioned Operating System. Please note that other Operating Systems are not compatible with your Camera.
Windows 2000 - Right-click the My Computer icon, left-click Properties , left-click the Device Manager tab.
XP: Right-click the My Computer icon, left-click Properties , left-click the Hardware tab, left-click the Device Manager button.
Windows Vista: Click the Start button, click Control Panel , click System and Maintenance , click the Device Manager button.
Windows 7: Click the Start button, click Control Panel , click Hardware and Sound , under Devices and Printers , click Device Manager. You may try the steps before give up even if the Operating System is Windows 7 as it supports many cameras with default driver.
If the issue persists, reset the Camera by removing the battery for more than one minutes and check the operation.
