So Simple and easy solution is just go on mobile reapairing shop and say there to reset your mobile phone factory settings,by using any nokia flash Device, remember nokia deafult code is 12345 if its change then its not work on your cell phone.and if you will solve this solution at home .please try this code *#7370# and 12345
it is known that there is always a prolem in nokia security codes.
but
i have a great solution if u know that previous handsets had a
combination pattern for formatting the nokia phone (Only symbian) 1St = switch off the phone
2nd
= Keypress * (star) key + numeric 3 + green Dial button. dont take ur
hands off and start by powering on keep hold on buttons until ur screen
displays nokia hand shake.
DO IT AT UR OWN RISK for hard reset With all these operations I recommend you TAKE OUT MEMORY CARD and DO A BACK UP OF YOUR STUFF!!!
NOTE: In front of the hash key ( #) there is also a STAR key that people often miss and state that the code does not work. 1..*#7780# - Restore factory settings - resets
all the settings to the default ( you will not lose any data) Make sure
you back up your data as you will lose all of it when you perform
option 2 or 3 on this list. The default code for ALL operations listed here is 12345.
2.*#7370# -Reformatyour phone (out of the box, tho keep in mind that most newer nokia
phones at least n series, e series and s60 based phones have udp - user
data preservation so not ALL data may be lost. still it is a good idea
to always do a back up of your stuff.)3. This you perform as a last
resort. Nothing else is working. If the phone is not showing any
activity, proceed with hard formatting , turn off your phone, hold the following buttons while pressing the power button. (the default code is 12345)
3. hardreset - hold the following buttons* (star key),3 (number button) and talk/green key. turn on the phone and do not release those buttons until you see the Nokia
boot up screen. once you feel the phone power up you can let go off the
power button while still holding all three buttons ( for Nokia 5800XM - use the following buttons to do a hardreset, /GREEN/RED/CAMERA keys pressed all at once on power up. this will only work on 5800's that have firmware version 20... and up. ) For NokiaN97 (unofficial version but works) is SHIFT /SPACE BAR / BACKSPACE while holding the power button. Again do not let go until you see the handshake screen. If these codes are not working the only thing for you to do is contact your Nokia Care Center/Service for assistance.
From you end, you can try resetting the phone to it's default value, means "Factory Default". Open Menu, go to settings, navigate around and locate Factory Default. The steps should be like this..
Menu > Ctrl. panel > Settings and General > Factory Settings.. Open the Factory Settings, press ok and then enter 12345 when you are prompted to enter the security code. I hope you haven't changed the code yet, if you've changed it, enter the code you've already changed. Once it's confirmed, the phone will restart itself. You'll loose nothing by doing this, but all settings will be restored to it's default value. This is the basic and in most cases, this fixes minor issues. If this doesn't help you, you may likely need to update your phone software or you may need to flash your phone, to do these, you'll need to visit a Nokia Care or a Local mobile repair shop.
Let me know if you need further help.
Good Luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.
Remove the battery and the memory card from the phone, check for corrupt files on the memory card with a scan on your PC- card reader. Remove and format if necessary. Reset battery and open menu settings to open link to restore to factory settings- now type 12345. If this wont work then you must reinstall the software. check with Nokia care.
