SOURCE: i could not control my rc helicopter
Please describe your problem in more detail. Are you able to get lift? If it isn't doing anything at all then there are two things to consider:
1.) This model is known to show a full charge when in fact the battery is receiving no charge at all. Contact the manufacturer for assistance.
2.) There's a safety feature that won't allow the motor to engage until the gyro is locked. Be sure to power on the remote first then the helicopter.
If you are getting lift but can't keep it steady then you may have a balance bar issue. If you've encountered a crash or two then this is very likely.

Cut the balance bar off until the pins are exposed. Use some pliers and squeeze the pin out and then put the new balance bar back on and put the pin back in.
I did it this way without the tool kit, my balance bar was already broken so it wasn't an issue to cut it. It worked for me, I am flying it right now.
