When fully charged it will not fly. Not sure if it is because the rechargeable battery will not accept enough charge to generate sufficient RPM's to allow lift-off or if it is mechanical issue in the transfer of torque from the motor to the propellor shaft. I cannot find any information online on this model, and am hoping someone can offer some guidance. Have tried charging it with another remote that successfully charges and flies another helicopter just like it. So, problem is onboard the helicopter. Help appreciated. thanks much for any advice.
Mine does the same exact thing it just will not lift off the ground, nor will it charge. I have tried changing the wings, and batteries but it is still a no go... But i am pretty sure it is because the motor will is not getting enough RPM's or torque. any help is much appreciated
Thanks, Michael
Hi Can someone post some pics as to what they are referring too about adjusting sens & scale and / or super gluing the motor shaft as this would help greatly.
Thanks
The charger isn't very good. The battery is a 160mAh 3.7 volt, so charge it from a 5V charger (rather than the controller), or use a USB adapter cable to your computer. It will charge quicker and give you more flight time. The controls can be tweaked with the center screw on the the toggles. Once you do that it will be good cheap fun.
Took mine apart and the gear was slipping on the shaft. That's why it would lift. I glued it and now it works fine. Some fine screws in it but if your mechanically incline it's not hard to fix.
I am a rocket scientists son and have been given two of these broken helis, i fixed both and ine of them had the problem you are referring to. The pinion gear (the gear on the motor shaft) is slipping against the motor shaft. This created insufficent lift. To fix simply find the loose gear, remove it and put a bit of super glue inside the motor shaft hole wipe away any exess and then re install IN THE SAME PLACE ON THE MOTOR SHAFT if you do not the fix will be perminent and never work again. However i was careful and let it sit for at least 2 hours and am still flying it today.
How long are you suppose to let it charge? we lost our instructions

30 to 40 min.
The "Download" isn't the instructions for the helicopter, it is just a "download" program. Don't download from that site.

Make sure you used the right blades, the top and bottom blades are different parts and if you try to replace an upper blade with a lower blade it will mess up the flight. The two sets of blades are reversed, the leading edge is on the opposite side because they spin in opposite directions.
If you are sure you have the correct blades, try to eliminate vibrations, especially in the upper rotor. Vibrations can throw off the gyro sensor and cause the helicopter to spin. If it isn't vibrating then you need to adjust the trim. If it is just a slight spin, you can try using the horizontal trim adjustment on the left stick. If this is not able to correct the spin, set the horizontal trim on the left stick to center and then remove the plastic canopy. On the circuit board you will see two screw adjustments labeled "SENS" and "SCALE". First, draw a mark on both of them with a marker making sure to touch both the screw and the plastic or board. This mark will be used to reset the knobs to their original positions if you mess up. The "SENS" (sensitivity) knob adjusts how hard the helicopter responds to the gyro. The "SCALE" (rotor scale) adjusts the balance between the two rotors. If it is a smooth rotation (as opposed to a skittish, jumpy, or erratic rotation), you need to adjust the SCALE knob as one rotor is consistently faster than the other. On the other hand, if it is erratic and jumpy, randomly spinning in quick bursts, you should adjust the SENS knob. Erratic spinning is a result of the gyro detecting vibrations and overcompensating, throwing the helicopter in a circle. Play with these knobs, try just slight adjustments and keep going until it flies right. Have common sense, don't turn the knobs too far at once, just small adjustments will make it easier. Also if turning the knob one direction makes it worse, go the other direction. If you turn the SCALE knob too much you may lose lifting power because it will reduce the maximum power of one of the motors.

Hi
This type of helicopter uses a fixed pitch blade. Have you recently replaced one or all the blades? If the blades are correctly positioned then once the motor comes to speed, the pitch of the blade creates enough lift to overcome the force of gravity. The problem you're having can only be that the motor is not coming to speed or the blades have been replaced but the pitch is now at the wrong angle.

0) Obviously, helicopter will operate best when fully charged... if
charging light gets brighter when unplugged from helicopter, then it's
not at full charge. Charge fully, then allow battery to cool for 10
minutes. Good batteries in remote also.
1) Power on helicopter.
2)
Place on level surface and let gyroscopes sync. There is a red light
inside the body (NOT the red/blue flasher in the nose) that will blink
when you turn helicopter on, and will keep blinking until craft is level
and stable for a few seconds, then will stop blinking.
3) Make sure left joystick is all the way down.
4) Power on remote.
5) Throttle up (left joystick) until blades move and then all the way back down.
This should get you flying. Let me know.
hope this helps,

I have looked for information on this make/model, but can find no reference to it anywhere on the internet.
I bought a skforce 3 channel outdoor helicopter made by propel. I cant figure out how to charge it. there is no charging port on the remote control and I didnt recieve an extra cord to plug it up to a computer or something. Anyone know how to charge this thing? My boy is going crazy to fly this thing.
