If you have changed then to get your Master code. Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile Then Go Here.
Give your IMEI no there and calculate your master code and try it.

Get the imei at the back of the phone by removing battery cover and the battery then go to www.unlockitfree.com.click master unlocking code to enter the imei the master code will then be displayed for the phone
