1) Make sure an online game is inserted in your system.

2) In game, find the "Nintendo Wi-Fi conneciton settings," which can usually found by finding something called "Nintendo WFC."

3) At the setup screen select "Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Settings."

4) Select a connection.

5) Select "Search for an access point."

6) Let it do it's thing, then select your network.

7) Enter any passwords/Keys required, and enjoy.

Why can't I connect my DS Lite to my Wifi?

hi Kevin,
The ds lite uses WEP encryption, you will most probably be using wpa/wpa2 which has alot better security but is not compatible with the ds lite. I think the dsi uses wpa and therefore works. I wouldn't recommend changing your current wifi to wep just to get on the internet with the ds lite.

I can't connect to the internet. My DS is giving me Error Code: 51300. What can I do?

According to Nintendo's tech support website, error code 51300 means that the access point you are trying to connect to is not compatible with the Nintendo Wi-Fi connection. Try to find another access point and see if it will work then.

My ds lite wont connect to our internet i have a wireless router the ds says the security settings are not supported by the nintendo ds

WPA and WPA2 are not supported by the DS Lite, only WEP and unencrypted wifi connections are. There is no known way at the moment to make the DS Lite support WPA of any form so your only three options are to go to WEP encryption, use no encryption (not recommended), or set up an adhoc connection on a computer with that is connected to your router that has internet connection sharing enabled.
