The LCD screen will probably have to be replaced in order to fix the problem, but be warned that repairs will run well over a $100.00.

Please check if the LCD backlight isn't turned off by pressing DISPLAY botton (it may be labeled as DISP or with a display icon) several times until the screen appears, if this doesn't work perform the following reset procedure on the camera:

  1. Locate the RESET button on the camera.
  2. Use a pointed object (like a ballpoint pen) to press and hold the RESET button for 2-3 seconds.
  3. After 2-3 seconds has elapsed, release the RESET button.

Finepix j10 screen dosnt turn on

I had exactly the same problem with a Fuji J10 last week. The camera would turn on, take pictures ok, but the screen was blank. Not even the icons showed or playback previous photo's.
The problem turned out to be a damaged usb port. All the pins were bent and touching each other as well as the shell of the usb port which should be earthed to the board.

MD96015 Monitor problem

Sounds like you may have a bad LCD backlight or inverter. When the screen is dark, take it into a dark area and see if you can see the screen dimly showing. Or, shine a flash light on the screen and see if you can make out anything showing up.
Try this and let me know what you find.

Cracked Camera

No easy fix. Pressure or impact is the usual cause of a cracked LCD. Try not to get the black stuff on anything....it's pretty toxic! The screen needs to be replaced (assuming there's no other, internal damage). They are usually in the range of $75 US.

Cracked Screen, and other stuffs.

Well, you should try restoring it. It will erase all of your data on it, but it might work. If not, you can try bringing it in to an apple store if you still have warranty, but it doesn't sound to good...

Cracked screen, and other stuff.

Did you know of anything you did to physically crack the screen?
As for the clicking-- that is the hard drive. It is either dead or stuck. you may want to try to "unstick" it the Risky way. To do this, Place a stack of paper on a table, and smack the ipod against it. Obviously you should do it to the back to avoid breaking the click wheel or screen (even though your screen may be broken already.)
As for the "very low battery" thing, just plug it into a computer or Ac adapter and let it sit. It will eventually charge.

Cracked screen, and other stuff.

It's very likely that when you dropped the iPod and damaged the screen, you also damaged a small component inside of the hard drive. The clicking noises are probably those of the hard drive trying to work and the picture of a "dead" iPod (I assume it's a picture of an iPod with a sad face) is also one that pops up when one is having hard drive problems. If you're comfortable enough opening your iPod, you could probably replace the LCD and hard drive but it might be a better idea for you to just buy a new one and sell the broken one as-is on eBay as you're replacing 2/3 main components of the iPod.
