You need to call your carrier to check your connection. You can also reset your phone by taking the battery out and wait about a minute and see if that refreshes your setting. No, it has no hardware with it, so even if it's possible to install the application, it will not be of any use since there is no wi-fi module. Nokia 3110c has only Bluetooth and Infra Red as wireless devices. No EDGE, nor 3G, neither WLAN.

Ok for starters your Nokia 5310 is not a SMART phone so you will not be able to install WI-FI software! Even if you could your phone would have to have WI-FI components built into the phone for WI-FI to work. If you need WI-FI try looking at some of the Nokia N series phones like N95 etc. Because they use Symbian Software they are capable of running applications that can control WI-FI and GPS etc.
