You may have run out of memory. Delete some of the apps you already have and try again.

plug your SD card into your laptop/desktop pc and delete them from there if that doesn't work, only solution is to reformat the SD card

did you already take out the battery and put it back in? try that then try deleting all your text msgs to make room, a memory card may help as well

ensure you reformat your memory card in ur phone or in your computer
