You need to dial *#7370 and then the password. For default password, refer to user manual. On most occasions, it is set as 12345.

There is no format code or anything that can work for your phone to format it. The only option is to reset to defaults in the settings menu or by asking a NOKIA Care Center to fully reset it (by flashing it's firmware).

You can reset the menu settings to their original settings:

select Menu > Settings > Restore factory sett..

maybe there is a virus on your phone,try scan it or format it and if the problem still come again, send it to the phone shop and ask them what is the problem..gud luck..
