I am having Canopus DV Storm XA Plus Hardware with Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4670 DDR3 1GB Graphics Card and Core2Quad Processor and Intel DG43NB Motherboard. But When I Open Canopus DV Capture my System Crashes. So can you suggets me what to do?????

Go to the bios and set the video to agp and the ram memory to the specified memory of the video card and exit after saving it.
