I'm not sure what you're trying to do here? Is mywebsearch youre default homepage in internet explorer etc, and you want to change it?

If so, then hold alt, select tools on the top, select internet properties in the menu.
There you will be able to change your homepage.

If you're having issues with the mywebsearch toolbar, try reading this.

I want to delete my web search toolbar

On the Menu bar under "VIEW" select the "Toolbars" drop down menu and deselect the toolbar.
This often brings up a dialog box asking if you want to disable the toolbar select "Yes".
You can also try to see if the toolbar is listed in the add/remove control panel and uninstall it from there.
If you are trying to remove the dreaded "MY WEB SEARCH" toolbar(its not clear from your post) do this:
First, uninstall the MyWebSearch option from Add/Remove Programs
1) Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel
2) Double click on Add/Remove Programs
3) Find "My Web Search" in the list of installed programs and click on Change/Remove to uninstall it. You may also want to uninstall any of the following items associated with FunWebProducts.
· My Web Search (Smiley Central or FWP product as applicable)
· My Way Speedbar (Smiley Central or other FWP as applicable)
· My Way Speedbar (AOL and Yahoo Messengers) (beta users only)
· My Way Speedbar (Outlook, Outlook Express, and IncrediMail)
· Search Assistant - My Way
4) Reboot your Computer and run HijackThis or another adware/spyware scanner
5) With HijackThis, scan for and fix any of the entries shown above that may be remaining.
6) Next, open My Computer, Drive C, and double-click on the Program Files folder
7) Right-click and delete the folders for:
· FunWebProducts
· MyWebSearch
8) MyWebSearch should now be completely uninstalled from your computer.
9) There will be some minor registry entries left behind by the uninstall, however these can be cleaned up by running SpyBot Search and Destroy or Ad-Aware SE or left alone.

Somehow "mywebsearch" with MyFunCards, Smiley Central, Screensavers and Cursor mania got onto my computer, how do I remove it?

Hi aabradley,
you probably installed something and missed the checkmark asking you if you want to install mywebsearch also. It is a pain in the **** when the companies do this and it is very easy to miss or forget to uncheck the box. at any rate you can normally uninstall these "add-ons" by opening up your Control Panel (Start > Control Panel) then click on Add / Remove Programs. once the list of software is populated look for MyWebSearch. Once you have found it click on it to deinstall it.

Hope I was able to help you out.

Error loading C:PROGRA~1MYWEBS~1ar.binM3PLUGIN.DLL

That looks like the "MyWebSearch" search bar add-on for your browser. Do you run any adware or spyware cleaning utilities? If so, some find this as spyware. It may have removed part of the program from your system. Try uninstalling "MyWebSearch" and see if that helps. If not, go to your startup items and disable "MyWebSearch from running on startup.

About pc

this is telling you that the myweb is not installed correctly or has been uninstalled incorrectly. More than likely someone deleted it instead of uninstalling it which left the reference to the program in your windows registry causing windows to look for a file that is not there which would give you that error message.
First, uninstall the My Web Search option from Add/Remove Programs
1) Click on Start, Settings, control panel

2) Double click on Add/Remove Programs
3) Find "My Web Search" in the list of installed programs and click on Change/Remove to uninstall it. You may also want to uninstall any of the following items associated with FunWebProducts.

  • Search Assistant - My Way

C:\Progra~\mywebs~1\bar\2.bin\\M3Plugin.DLL

Looks like it is an add-on from a MyWebSearch Toolbar. Try going to control panel and the Add/Remove Programs and uninstall MyWebSearch Toolbar if it is in the list.

Also in Control Panel, Double Click the Internet Options icon, click the programs tab and then click the button Manage Add-ons. Go through the list and disable any that refer to MyWebSearch.

Also, if you have a spyware program like Spybot or Malwarebytes run it since toolbars are famous for including spyware. If you don't have one of these, there are quite a few you can search for on google that are free.

Your web browser has been hijacked by "adware" called "My Web Search"... The fix is involved, but not impossible.
