WE are trying to play the PC based transfomer game. When it gets to the Hoover dam level as you touch any control key it kicks you out and returns to the desktop. When i try an earlier level there is not problem.. what would cause this. I am running on board graphics and the game has run perfectly until now. Pc wise i am running 2.5 dual processor, two gig ram and xp windows... can you help me

according to pogo, there is only two reasons for not fitting on screen.

• Zoom level - First, please make sure to set the zoom level of the game screen to 100% by using "Ctrl" key and (+) or (-) to get the desired screen size.

• Resolution - Try to adjust the resolution, for guidelines please check out this article : How to adjust your Screen Resolution / Size or this one if the game has been downloaded: How can I change my screen resolution?

So since you tried screen resolution, try the zoom level inside the game by holding the ctrl key and pressing the (-) key to zoom out or (+) key to zoom in. if it doesn't work, post to EA games the issue, games affected and your operating system so they can see if it is a bug.

I would suggest that your first action be to obtain anger management courses.
Second is not to direct your rants at those who wish to help you.
Third is to contact the manufacturer and explain, politely and calmly the issues that you are experiencing

well according to this problem i will suggest to upgrade ur graphics driver. one more thing that u can do is to scan ur pc with antivirus.some times viruses do attact to ram and they trying to use the ram to make the system slow.so the memory dedicated to graphics is snatched and then u get problem to play the games.

Press the handle release kick-button with your foot, extend the handle all of the way back, and take a look at the gap between the base of the unit and the handle/reseviour assembly. You should see several black hoses attached to the base and running up into the handle assembly. One of them (the dirty water return hose) might be cracked. Turns out that might be a common problem with this model. We had the same problem.

Judging by the interference between the vacuum hose and the "dirty water return" hose, there is NO WAY those two hoses can exist together in that housing without causing the dirty water return hose can last for many full bends of the handle. We opted to not repair our unit, but you might be able to do it yourself for the cost of the part and several hours of your time. Otherwise, seek out your certified Hoover repair center for more info.
