There are two options for you to get your drive stuffs back right now:
1). Do not format this RAW file system external hard drive temporarily and plunge it to your PC. And then, choose and apply RAW external hard drive data recovery software to scan this drive and find your preferred drive files back as many as possible.
2). Directly consult some professional data recovery services from some data recovery companies or agencies.
In the future, remember to save copies of everything important on at least two devices in case of any similar data loss issues.
it seems that there is still virus in your computer. update your antivirus a do a full system scan or boot time scan. get a good antivirus too.may be recovering still brings the virus out from the deleted files. goodluck
This software scans all storage space on computer and then join pieces together to recover files. So even virus affected your file table, and put virus to boot sector, the program can still be used to recover your files.
Try the following. *Restore your phone
once(To Restore Go to Menu>Settings>Restore Factory Settings>Ok(Default
Security code is 12345)>Yes(It takes 1-2mins).
*Scan your phone and memory card from a
updated anti virus.
At Last.... if
Problem persists.....
You need to
flash(format)your phone.
Formatting resets the security code to
12345
(formatting delete all data
including messages,contacts,etc... So i suggest you to back up all the files
before formatting You can back up file using PC suit) To back up your files *Install the PC
suit *open PC suit >Select Back up
To restore Backed up data *Open PC suit>Tools tab>Restore>Select
Restore>select a restore point(restore point is file in which all data's are
saved)>Ok and wait for 5-10 mins.
To flash you need
*USB
cable compatible with your handset *A Computer *PC suite of your handset *Internet
connection(Min speed 1Mbps) *software updater(you can
download by using PC suit)
To
flash *Install the PC suite *Connect to
USB *Open the PC suit *Select UPDATE PHONE
SOFTWARE(download the Software updater by selecting this option) *Install the "Software Updater"*Select Update**....(It
takes 10-30 Mins)
**Please don't
disconnect while updation process
Thank you have a nice day
If you do a System Restore using Windows own program you will retain all of your files
If you do a repair via the Windows disk you will save your files
If you do a full re-install using the Windows disk all bets are off
It is safer to back up onto memory pen or DVD all of the files which matter to you and then do the re-install , you will need a bootable copy of the Windows disk and a copy of the disk containing the drivers for the Motherboard etc
sounds like a viru to me..get malwarebytes anti malware, run it and it should solve problem ... on quick scan, fast and its free...go to download.com..and try using google chrome browser instead of explorer...its free on same site...safer, faster browser.. hope this helps..thanks for voting!!
HI. This will happen if the core system file bank has been compromised by a virus or malicious software. I suspect the virus has wiped out all restore points and has completely disabled all safe mode access points as well..Unfortunately, you will lose all your saved information that you have stored on the partitioned hard drive due to this attack. The only way to fully restore this system to its factory settings would be to locate a recovery disk that should have been shipped along with this unit. Use this disk to restore the core system files and the main operating system as well. If you don't have the recovery disk that was sent with your unit, a Windows XP disk will preform the same action and, will restore this unit to factory specs as well, minus the software pack. There is a possible way to restore this system and keep the hard drive as is but, this can only be attempted by using the original recovery disk that was sent with the unit and, its not always successful. I recommend totally re formatting the drive to clear it of all data. this will assure that the virus and all of its contents are removed.
There may be a cookie or something residing on our computer causing this. From your browser>tools>internet options>select delete. delete files and cookies. Out of that, go to start>run>type prefetch in the window. select all and delete all the files there. empty your recycle bin and reboot and run a complete virus scan. If that doesn't help, go to all programs>accessories>system tools> system restore. select a date previous to when you had this problem. You may lose data at this point but I'm hoping deleting the files and a reboot does the trick
You need to find the path to where the virus file is located & delete it you're self. You're antivirus software should show you where it is located. Once you delete the virus file, shut down the PC. Unplug the power cord from the PC. Open you're case & remove you're memory. Wait about 15 seconds & reseat you're memory. (make sure you're memory is seated correctly).
Removing the memory clears the memory from memory virus).
Close you're case & reconnect the power cord. Boot the PC. Once windows has finished loading run windows diskClean, than run windows defrag. (may take some time). After defrag has finished restart you're PC. Run another virus scan. If you're virus software still finds a virus or you're system & its still running slow the virus may have damaged windows files or windows registry. A reinstall of windows may be needed. If you have system restore turned on than the virus is most likely being stored in one or more restore points.
Remove infected files that you cannot clean in the System Restore data archive. To completely and immediately remove any infected file or files in the data store, turn off and then turn on System Restore. To do so, follow these steps: 1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel. 2. Click Performance and Maintenance, and then double-click System. 3. Click the System Restore tab, and then click to select the Turn off System Restore for all drives check box. 4. Click OK, and then click Yes to initiate the restore point deletion. To turn on System Restore again after the restore point deletion has completed, repeat these steps, but click to clear the Turn off System Restore for all drives check box.
