Windows 7 does not have drivers for pinnacle pctv110i

Try other drivers. Just install and uninstall if they don't work. Usually, windows have a load of drivers for such. I had same kind of problem before with more than one of my devices before but I got them to work on other brand's drivers. It just takes a little trial and error loading and unloading different drivers.

I installed the driver on the CD on Win 7 without problems. Try re-installing, but also check that you have selected the Pinnacle pre-amp in the program itself.

it works ! go to pinnacle homepage and download the newest driver, works fine with windows 7 32 and 64bit.
(install just the drivers and use windows mediaplayer to watch tv)

According to Microsoft, the manufacturer recommends that you upgrade your product to work with 7. Imagine that, they think you should pay the upgrade fee. Microsoft has not tested your program as yet, so this info is really not verified. I suggest that you go to pinnacle and download the latest drivers and patches (click here) and give the installation a try.

According to Pinnacle, 12 works with Vista 32 and 64 bit. It is likely 12 will run on Windows 7. The only way you will truly know is if you try it or get in touch with an actual user that tried it. I have the same problem... my works (but only in MCE) but i cant use the remote...like its dead... but i only use driver files, since if i install pinnacle or chrisTV, it just reboots my pc... so whatever! :D
