Is unable to connect

Type 192.168.1.1 into your browser and then enter user "admin" for both the username and password. Go to Wireless/Wireless Security and enable the setting so it is unsecure. Now your computer will see the signal and allow you to connect

Connection

The issue might be due to corrupted wireless drivers. Uninstall and reinstall the wireless drivers.

Dell Latitude D400 unable to connect to Lexmark Wireless X6575

You did not say which printer that you had. Is the disk that you are installing from specifically say that it is for the version of windows that you are presently using? Your computer came with either Xp or 2000.
