I bought and install the U are u biometric finger print scanner to be used for JAMB utme examination in Nigeria. when ever i connect to the site www.jamb.org.ng to capture finger print and upload, the site tells me that the scanner is not connected whereas it is.

Ade, if u r using your scanner on jamb website. You will need a - You to provide 16 characters security key.- biometric license and - JAMB Biometrics Capture/uploader software. * The biometric license gives you authentication while the JAMB Biometrics Capture software allows you to capture thumb-print even when there is no internet connection(offline) and automatically upload them to server when the internet is back. You can thumb-print as many student as you can (I have seen a client who thumb-printed as many as 2000 in 3days). We give technical advise and we have several license in stock to give away. Check to see if more than 1 biometric scanner is enabled @ device manager>Disabled all leaving only 1 supported finger print scanner enabled.
