Can a lg vx 9100 cell phone and be as you go and can use a activation sim card

LG makes these phones only for Verizon and does not use removable SIM cards for its phones. It works on the CDMA network with inbuilt SIMs. You will have to call the local Verizon support to sort this out if you have problem with your service activation with the phone.

Verizon phones (unless global which the env2 isn't) do not support sim cards. If you are talking about a micro sd card. It goes in under the cover on the right side for the phone. Hope this helped

If the music is loaded correctly, all you have to do is the hit the music button and select either "All Songs" or "Shuffle". The phone automatically loads songs on the SD cards.
