I have a fujita reverse cycle air conditioner, but I don't have any instructions. The remote is working, I have just changed the batteries, but although all the instructions are on the remote the air conditioner wno't come on

Have you checked the power to the unit??? The power on most of them feeds through the outdoor unit and then goes to the indoor unit...
There could be a circuit breaker tripped or there could be fuses in the disconnect box outside...

Check that you have power to everything...
If you do have power then there is a problem in the unit...probably a transformer burnt up...
