You need to speak to you netowkr provide to get the correct settings. they will be bale to send them to your device.

You need to contact your cellular service provider and verify that your MMS service has been activated on your account. Without MMS being activated you won't be able to 'Picture Message'.

To send pics you must have MMS activated on your phone number from the service provider. Call up the helpline of the service provider and ask them to activate MMS. Beware, it is very expensive to use MMS, so, ask them about the charges before it is activated.
