check with another battery. if the battery is OK, it might be a software problem or a problem with your power IC. you need to format it or replace power IC accordingly.
Hello Replace the batteries with new ones and check. If this also does not help you, make sure that the display driver IC, attached with LCD display panel has damged. You have to replace the LCD panel and display IC as a module. OK.

That should be hardware problem, maybe your display is bad, or maybe display ic isn't functioning properly or display connector's problem. Sometimes only cleaning will fix this if there's no internal damage.

no you can't fix it, its not a sofware problem, but its a hardware problem. the display IC must be replace, must go to any nearest service center to replace that IC.
