I also had my latch broken. I called the latch manufacturer and they sent me a "sample" pack of latches since you can only buy in large quantities; so I now have ten of them. I love my IM7 and will be happy to share my latches if anyone needs one.
This is great. I need one for myself. Can you please send me one?
Thanks a ton
Whats your email?
What is the contact information for the manufacturer of the latches? I'd like to get some also as my iM7 is broken.

After much searching on the internet for a replacement clip/clasp part, and not finding anything, I realized that I had an old desk-top computer case from Fry's Electronics that has two plastic doors on the front of it that use the same clasp part to hold them shut. I was able to remove the broken clasp from the IM-7 using a small pair of pliers and a very small flat-head screwdriver, and pop the used part in from the computer case, and it works perfectly. It's literally the same part. Not only that, but I have one more clasp to use should this one break as well. Hope this helps. -- Mike
