How do I turn of predictive texting for 6600

Hi philup18,

Just recently checked this post, but the answer for your question would be, to turn off predictive text input you just need to press the pound (#) key or number key twice quickly when you're writing a text message.

For more details you can view the manual of your phone from this link:

http://nds1.nokia.com/phones/files/guides/Nokia_6600_UG_en.pdf

it's actually on page 69

Hope this helps!

Peace! :)

Phone Sending MMS Messages as Default

The phone allocates a certain amount of storage for messages on a whole. Even though there may still show space available for text messages, you have hit an invisible "limit" and the phone is now defaulting to MMS messages because there is "room" there. Delete a fair amount of messages and you should be able to start sending regular text's again.
