SOURCE: Have lost serial number for my Olympus Camedia Master 4.0/Pro sof

Is there a way of finding your camera software serial number thats installed on your old computer is this what your asking.

If so not unless when you open the software it allows you the option of looking at you license number like windows does.

Some software lets you see and change it to accommodate people who buy additional licences

SOURCE: my camera will not download under Camedia Master

1. Your camera may not be compatible with the Windows 7 environment.
You will have to either check to see if the camera will run under another Operating system environment such as Windows XP or Vista. Windows will allow this if the camera is backwards compatible that is if the drivers are available in the Windows DLL list or driver list. If not, this camera will not operate in this this Operating system environment.

SOURCE: Just bought new HP studio

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

Camedia master 4.2 does not work with windows 7 is there a solution?

try going to the camera manufacturer web site , find the download for your model and select the win 7 os
down load and run from the web page
win cp and win 7 are no longer supported by Microsoft so there is every possibility that the driver on the win 7 os is not operating

My pc can't find my C765 camedia zoom camera

That depends - what operating system is running on your computer? If you are running Vista it is because Camedia Master is not compatible with that operating system.
