Hi when i log onto the internet all of my screens are too large for my monitor i have to minimize the view using the box in the right hand corner in order to see properly what is wrong?

if your using microsoft log into your email account / top right corner click onto your name / look for (view account) click on it / look to the left side of your screen (change password)

It is more likely that the window got moved to a point where the x, restore, and minimize buttons don't show than it is that a portion of the whole desktop is cut off. Right-click on the icon that represents this window in the task bar, and click maximize. If that's not an option, choose move, and then use the down and or left arrow keys to reposition the window where you can see the minimize, restore, and x buttons, and then hit enter on the keyboard.

Sounds like either your display resolution needs to be set higher or when you bring up firefox after the page loads press and hold the ALT key and Click View, ToolBars and select Menu Bar. This will keep it at the top everytime you open firefox. Now under View you can zoom in and zoom out. You can also select Full Screen. *** Before doing anything did you click the middle box at the top right hand corner of the screen between the - and red x? This toggles between full screen also.

The issue is relative to the native resolution of the monitor. in most 24" monitors the resolution is 1920 x 1200. When you get an application that is shown in the upper left corner of the screen, it is most likely set in a page frame of 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768. Also many web pages will display with large amounts of white space on one or both sides.

Set the DPI setting in display properties to 120 will help some making small type more readable.
Pages that are in Internet Explorer can be zoomed to appear larger zoom feature in bottom right corner of IE window (or CTRL & + and CTRL & - key combinations)

Not enough information. What window are you talking about? Press the "windows" button and the "M" key to minimize everything. Right mouse click on the center of the screen and select "properties". You can then change your resolution so that things fit properly.

Try getting on the Internet first. Then minimize the Internet Browser window by clicking on the first little line in the top right hand corner. Then try the help and support again.

At the bottom right hand corner of your screen, you have a wireless connection icon. right click and view available wireless network...if you see your network there. connect to that network, if secured, then call d-link to verfiy what is your network key. if it is unsecure then you can log on right away.

if that wont allow you to connect then upgrade firmware of router.
