Im using n73. when i insert my memory card in to my phone it shows disk error cant..... i want to know that the problem is with my phone or memory card?

Go to Control Panel ' Adminitrative Tools ' Computer Management
In Computer Management find Disk Management, if the card is being recognized at all, then it will show up as a removable disk. Right click on the disk and you can format it.

If this only happens on this phone, the sim card slot is defective.
Try your sim card in another phone.

It may also be that your SIM card got canceled by the service provider.

have you been tried to insert another memory card?if you do that way and your phone is not hanging ,the problem is your memory ard and maybe it is infected by virus...
by fixing it you need this tool ,MEMORY CARD reader all in one (it supports all card like mini sd ,micro sd and mmc) ,insert the card in your card reader ,plig it in usb hub of your computer...if the card is accept by your computer ,click MY COMPUTER and select your memory card (ie. local disk E ,local disk G..)...save all your important data first ,picture ,mp3 ,videos etc...then after saving the data ,right click the mouse and select the option format...after formatting the memory card ,back all data by copy then paste it your card..
now test it ,insert the memory card in your phone and turn on your phone...

I would advice that you get another memory card.

ur memory card may damaged or used password in memory card. pls check other phone to confrm

You have to choose the simple way to remove the password in your , Follow the steps below...

Insert the memory card into the card reader or any mass storage device into your computer

• go to the file <memorycard>:/system then find the file "mmc store".and rename the file to "mmcstore.txt" (Hidden file should be made as shown from tools->Folder option->Show hidden files)
• Now open the file in notepad ,
• No you will see the password.

Insert your card propely. You can also check when you connect your handset to computer and verify if data is there.

u ll hav to get track of the setting in ur cell about the memory card.. if any changes n the settings of mem card may display lik tis..

yes the MC can be formatted..

If it detected all the datas in your card. The card was working perfectly.So just copy files from the card to hard disk..
just insert the card into the Card Reader, copy items to hard disk. Format it, then copy items back to card. And then insert the card back to phone. You have all your data back.
