If you mean you want to see the text in your internet browser larger, then in Internet Explorer explorer left-click 'View' (in toolbar next to 'Edit') and then slide down to text size and select larger or largest. In Firefox, select Tools, then Options, then Conten (third tab on top), then change the font size by selecting a larger number from the drop-down menu that currently should be shoung a number across from the font type (like Times New Roman). Sorry I can't increase the size of this text for you to read this solution.

P.S. Both I.E and Firefox have zoom functions under 'View' to temporarily zoom in or out on text and images.

Enlarge text size

Increase the Font Size in Email
Email font size is easily controlled while composing messages, but the messages you receive have been sized by the sender.
Some contacts may be perfectly comfortable writing in size 8, but such text can be a strain on the eyes, even with good reading glasses.
The printed hard copies of email messages with small text are even more difficult to read.
There are a few ways to quickly change font size for ease of reading and better quality print-outs.

Open an email message with particularly small text. Increase the email font size of the text using step 2, 3 or 4.
Click on the "View" selection from the menu bar.
Roll the mouse pointer over the "Zoom" choice.
Click on one of the choices that is greater than 100 percent.
Click "View" and cover "Zoom" to make a larger choice if the first choice does not increase the text size sufficiently.

Click the "View" option on the menu bar. Roll the cursor over the "Text Size" selection.
Choose one of the options that will increase the text size.
For instance, if the current size marked with the dot is "Medium," then click "Larger" or "Largest" to make the print appear bigger.

Use a mouse with a wheel to increase the email font size.
Press and hold the "Ctrl" key while rolling the wheel on the mouse.
The text will shrink as you roll in one direction, and grow bigger as you roll in the other.

Change font size before printing.
Click the "File" option on the menu bar.
Click "Print Preview."
Click the "Size" drop down which may display "100%," or "Shrink to fit."
Select a choice greater than 100 percent to increase text size.
Click the "Print" button to view the results on a hard copy.

I have too many tool bars on my screen , How do I delete the ones I do not need

Usually happens when one installs a program, application, etc.

You're in the middle of installing, and they want to sneak an anti-virus program in, ( trial offer), or Google toolbar, or Ask.com toolbar, or whatever the 'new flavor of the month is'.

A) Add/Remove Programs:
1) Click on Start (Or Windows logo button), then on Control Panel.
2) Click on Add/Remove Programs.

3) Look down the list, when Add/Remove Programs is fully loaded.
See any toolbar names there?

Probably will not state toolbar with the name, but if you see Ask, Google, etc; that does not look like a program you installed; click on Remove.
(DO NOT remove any Windows programs)

B) Reinstall your internet browser
Have Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc?

Download again, and reinstall.
WATCH that you just save your bookmarks, and do not save the toolbars again.

[It will ask if you wish to save your Bookmarks/Favorites, etc.
Yes to that. No to anything else ]

Regards,
joecoolvette

[ I had the Ask.com toolbar, slip in on me the other day! Sheesh!
Deleted that baby fast!
I use Mozilla Firefox. Don't need no cr@p.

When you are installing, look through each small screen.
If you see an advertisement; Ask.com toolbar, Google toolbar, McAfee, etc;
there will be a small square to the left of it, and a Green checkmark in the box.

There also may be two boxes.
Go to the small box on top with the first listing, left-click on the box.
This removes the green checkmark from that box.
Also from the small box below it.

Now click on Next

KEEP a sharp eye on every small window. May have to uncheck a box on a few windows. You can back up to the beginning, and look again. Be SURE before you click on Install.
Usually starts out with McAfee. {Yuck! ]

Can reading in dim light damage your eyes?

Reading in darkly lit rooms won't cause actual damage to your eyes, but might strain them and make you feel more tired. It's much better to read in better lighting and to take regular breaks.

Not sure about using the touchpad, but increasing the size of the web page text can be done on the bottom right of the webapage. You can see a small magnifying glass icon with a number next to it, denoting the size of the text. Click on the arrow next to this to change the size of the text/images on screen.
