Clarissa, if your device is formatted, there is no way to bring back the data, you should make a list of what has gone like contact (which names are gone), aplications (names of aplications) gallery (musics,theme, photos, etc..) and after this you need to restore all manually.sorry there is no way to bring back. for the whatapp you need to download again.
Good day. Try to erase some files from your phone memory, its always the problem once your phone on a full memory status, do not save a large file to your phone memory. Best way to keep your phone active always remember save the files on your memory card, to avoid phone freeze. Thanks
For you to install a theme to your handset, first, you need to download an installer (theme) to your computer, try www.mobile9.com, after downloading the file, locate it first, connect your cellphone using USB connector, then select MASS STORAGE on your handset, now, transfer the file to the cellphone's drive or memory card. after that, safely remove the handset from the computer, locate the file from your cellphone by going to the file manager and then run it.. if it shows error, try to download another one. by the way, the OS of your cellphone is SYMBIAN S40, so be carefull in downloading a file it should be in .NTH format. THAT's IT!

There are certain formats of themes that work with different phones. Like most java phones that are produced by nokia would work with the .thm files, just the same way symbian phones would only recognize the .sis files. In this case, you are trying to use a theme that is not compatible with the phone, the phone cannot recognize the file type and so reads it as an invalid file and then says its corrupted. The only way around this issue is to download a fresh copy of the theme in the compatible format which is .thm and apply it. Hope this was helpful?
