It happened on my 6300 try removing your memory card (if any) then try turning in on..if that solves the problem then your memory card has a virus..try formatting them

You may have multimedia messages turned off by your carrier, so they would block all in and put multimedia messages. You could try calling them and ask them to check your settings.
If you can received mms, but cant able to retrieve it. Go to message setting, select multimedia settings and select the MULTIMEDIA RETRIEVAL, select ALWAYS AUTOMATIC. thanks
hi, i had the same problem... what i did was configured the settings
from multimedia messages but it deepens on what is your provider of you services like me i have it with t-mobile so if you have it wit t-mobile i can give u the right settings for that.... my email is
[email protected]
The MMS delivery process is triggered by a special SMS
message called the "MMS Notification". The "MMS
Notification" contains a URL pointer back to the full content of the MMS
message. So when the receiving phone gets the MMS Notification, it must connect
to the URL in the notification in order to retrieve the actual message content.
The error that you include above looks like the URL cannot
be fetched.
If it worked before, but it does not work now ... then it is
possible that something has changed with regard to your firewall or network
configuration. The receiving device needs to actually connect back to host
server in order to retrieve the MMS content.
It is also possible that something has changed in the
configuration at your mobile operator. Hope it will be helpful to you.
You must enter the settings for your carriers MMS server, call your carrier and ask what they are and if you're nice they will help by sending them to your phone so you don't have to enter them yourself!
