You can get new one from sony website. Alternatively you can go to a shop that deals in pc's and they will order one for you, or you can "shop around" online and try to find one cheaper; ebay is good place to search there will likely be new ones on offer at competitive price.
Due to regional differences of the models, some model numbers may only be applicable to certain limited regions, could you pls try and verify if your PCG-8N1M is identical to the PCG-GRT895MP. If yes, you may want to try here.

Thre is limited drivers available from this page, as it is the Asia support pages and the fact the machine is no loonger supported.
What version of Windows is it running? If you have WinXP you could let it find the drivers on the internet, or the long way, is to identify the components that you dont have drivers for then google for them!
