C5 machine stuck and can't put drawer back in. i may have opened the draw during the shut off process

if you look carefully at the sides of the draw you will see small metal tabs that are the stops to pulling the draw all the way out
bend those tabs back flush and the draw will then pull out of the cabinet

by the look of the picture it should not have that problem

something jammed or fallen on both openings
that stop doors from opening
call a fridge repairer first
those doors cost a lot to replace
maybe the fridge guy can you undo the top hinge of the french doors

if the freezer draw handle is broken you might need his help with that anyway

sounds like something is block the draw from open all the way.

Try using a metal coat hanger or a paint stir hand from Home depot the very long one.

When you start the cleaning cycle, Don't stop the process by pulling the plug! Turnthe unit off from inside wait 5+ seconds & turn back on and thecleaning cycle should restart... If you do not use a cleaning TAB..Open& shut the LOOSE coffee Door under the drawer (Top Left) and thecycle will continue.

if you pull the draw as far as you can there is a bit at the back of the draw to press down on and then the draw will come out

are you useing the right draw for main wash try putting on a wash and open the draw there should not be any water leaking if you do this and look in the compartment that you put the powder in and see if the water is going into the compartment that you use and see which compartment is filling thats the one to put the powder in

No simple solution other all you can do is try pushing it back in and pull it out. If that fails you will need to force it there is no way to get into it, LG parts are not expensive if you happen to break it.

This sounds like the solenoid valve which runs the water through the drawer is malfunctioning. There could be many causes for this: bad control board, bad/stuck valve, loose electrical connection on solenoid valve, etc., etc...

These solenoid valves can be seen by raising the top of the machine. First test would be to see if the valve electrical connection has voltage on it during the part of the cycle when water should be running through the drawer. Then it gets more complicated...

You could have a clog in the housing underneath the dispenser where the water flows through a hose into the tub.
Pull the dispenser drawer completely out.
There is a tab that needs to be depressed to release the drawer and remove it.
Check the opening at the bottom of the housing just inside the dispenser housing opening to see if a small sock or garment is clogging this opening.
Reach down into this opening to see if an item is inside the hose.
This is the normal issue that will cause water to leak out of the dispenser housing.

Wash the dispenser drawer thoroughly with warm water. Make sure that you pull off the siphon covers and wash all siphon holes. This process is described in your owner's manual. Replace the dispenser drawer and try the washer again.

Here's a possible solution: Remove the two screws on the bottom side of the plastic clips on the back of the washer (leaving the clips attached to the washer's top), then use the palms of your hands to sharply push the top back about an inch and a half and lift the top off the machine. Now, if you can see enough through the translucent plastic to tell where the hang up is, you can drill a small hole in the top of it to allow you to push that part down so the drawer will open. Then, use foil duct tape to seal the hole.
