You will need to go in to the Chevrolet dealer to retrieve the code needed they might charge a small fee not certain.Once you have completed this you will have a unlock code in your possession.

Saturn is a GM product, take it to any Chevy dealer and they should be able to help you. Although, if the previous owner left the car manual in the glove box then the factory unlock code should be there, unless they previous owner changed the code then the dealer will have to reset it.
Dannielle, if the previous owner installed the radio, it must have worked. It is possible that error code may have no connection with the replaced radio which may work when connected to battery. It depends on the complexity of the new radio. If it is simple, s/b ok.
You will likely need to take your vehicle's VIN# to the VW Dealer to have the code provided. In some VW's the code can be found inside the trunk (spare tire well) or written in the Owner's Manual by a previous owner. The VW Dealer can only provide the original code, unless they have a record of previously changing the radio.

haha well you set the code he made it think he was stealing it so you have to know the code or the previous owner set the code then your screwed and have to get a new radio
If it's a Delco-Loc and you don't have the code that the previous owner programed in you will have to buy it from your local GM dealership.$50 for the last one I had to get.By unhooking your battery or even letting the battery go dead you enable the lock out of the radio.Sorry for the bad news.
