You are not mention the product number or model any have SC-322 is related to lazer diode unit (Lazer synchronization error) may be poor connection between LD unit and BICU bord or LD unit defective or BICU defective most of this cases we are facing LD unit defective. If you are not a technical person please call right person to solve this problem
