Well, it really depends upon what operating system is installed. Different versions of Windows define where you store your files with different icons and names. For example, in Windows 8.1 the operating system defines the internal storage as part of the "This PC" name, on my Lenovo Yoga2Pro. You should see an icon in the task bar that looks like the attached picture. The task bar is the row of icons (little pictures) that's usually along the bottom of the main (desktop) screen when the system boots or after you choose Desktop from the Windows main screen.. It may be on one side or the top also, but the bottom is most common.
Left click on the icon and it will open a new window showing all the possible places you could be storing files (documents, spreadsheets, pictures, etc.). It's likely that you'll then see something like this at the top of that window.
Notice the folder called Documents. That's likely to be the location that Lenovo is saying is your "My drive". Double left click on the folder name of icon and see what's there. You should see your saved files. The same applies to the ones called Pictures and Music, etc. There may even be one called "My Drive".
All of these are referring to a physical device inside your computer where you store files of all types. It's also the one item that you need to be sure to destroy or keep when you discard the laptop as it contains all of your personal data.
Hope this helped.
