Don't just bother doing it on your own as it is pretty tiresome.
Just go to some mobile phone service centres. They will have a device to which when the memory card is inserted it will delete the current password.

for unlocking to the nokia cellphone go to the settings next to the application [or] organisation right click in the memorycard option and select the delete password option enter the default password to remove the password from your memorycard..............

What is the code for delete all password with memorycard

Take the card out from the phone,
put it in a computer and use filesystem FAT-32
to format your memorycard in your computer.
Now the password will be gone!

if you have not set a password and still mobile asks for password its mainly because of bad file allocation table. you need to format it using the phone or a pc
