You probably were playing for a long amount of time, or had bad ventilation on the Xbox 360. Unfortunately, your Xbox 360 seems like it has over heated, and may have burned the component responsible for video. Here are some steps you may try:
1.Wait 30 minutes and turn it on again. If it fails go to step 2.
2.Make sure the cables are plugged in securely.
3.Use a computer duster, and try blowing out the inputs for the cables (Make sure you blow at an angle).
4.If these steps did not help, you probably have overheated the system, fortunately microsoft offers a special warranty automatically for four years since you bought the system and will repair free of charge.
