Hi, If you are able to View the VAIO Logo, then you can Perform Recovery using the Recovery Partition. If the issue still persist then it is required to get the unit serviced. Performing recovery will erase all the Data in the Computer.
If you are not able to view the VAIO Logo, then try disconnecting the Computer from the Power Supply, Remove the Batteries RAM Module from the Computer, then Press and Hold the Power Button for 30 seconds. Now replace the Batteries and AC Power then check. If the issue still persist then it is required to get the unit serviced.
